The wonderful wife of an old school friend contacted me to take their family photos. I was SO excited since this would be the first official photo session I would have with my new lens. I am SO happy with how the photos turned out, and it was fun to see and make friends.

HOW adorable are their kids?!

The candid shots were my favorite. I love the warmth in these, both from the sun and from their love.

The Wedding Of The Season

SO. As most of you know, I'm expecting my second baby. I did a wedding last year while I was seven months pregnant. And although it was an incredible experience for me, it was exhausting. So this summer I limited myself and only photographed this one wedding while it was still early in my pregnancy. I am so happy I was able to be a part of their special day. I laughed, I cried, and I had JUST met these people!

This was a very tender moment. This man not only gained a beautiful wife, but a sweet son as well. Before the couple exchanged vows this father made vows and promises to his new son. I couldn't stop the tears! Neither could most of the guests.

The Lovely Roxanne

Roxanne was the winner of the free 30 minute photo shoot-giveaway that I did on my Facebook page. We went to a local park and had SOOOO much fun! That's not hard to do, considering I've been friends with Roxanne for over seven years now. So many of them started off being a joke...
Me: "Hey Rox, pose like this!"
She would do it and we couldn't stop laughing.
Or she would say something like, "How about if I do something like this..."
As I was editing them I actually liked some of the joke ones! Roxanne is now serving as a full-time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She'll be gone for 18 months having an incredible experience. I hope you enjoy these photos.

Not only am I SO excited for these two because it is their first baby ever, BUT also because that's my nephew in there...

My sister decorated his nursery in a nautical theme, so her outfit was also themed nautical even down to her shoes!

It was the PERFECT time of day!

Maternity Session

This was my first maternity session and I LOVED it! There was so much love in the air between these two and the excitement of the new baby was just unbearable! Please excuse the MILLIONS of photos that I posted from their shoot... but I was in love with too many of them not to post them. Enjoy!

I had a photo session with two young brothers at a new location which I now LOVE! It had so many fun places to take pictures. The only problem is that it may have been TOO fun because the oldest one didn't want to stop and take any pictures because he was having too much fun exploring. But I hope you enjoy these as much as I did...

I was asked to photograph hair and make-up models for a cosmetologist who wanted to work on her portfolio. It was SUCH a great experience for me! I really love how so many of these came out. The location was perfect. There were so many awesome textures to shoot in front of. Hopefully soon you'll be catching a glimpse of round two!

Last week I was asked to photograph a group birthday party. All these FUN moms had children around the age of one and decided to throw one big party to celebrate! They were all SO fun!

You may remember a few months ago when I photographed THESE two adorable people. They later asked me to photograph their wedding. My FIRST wedding! I was SO excited and SO nervous. It turned out to be a beautiful and wonderful experience. A huge thanks to Jason and Lulu for letting me be a part of their wedding day. I just have to give a shout out to them and say how incredibly kind and generous these two people are. It really was a pleasure to work with them. I also got to work with THIS amazing photographer. He took most of the sweetheart shots while I shot more of the details. What a great opportunity!

I have loved photography since I was a child. My parents gave me my first camera when I was eight years old. It was a pink, Minnie Mouse 35mm that I LOVED! I have a chest full of photo albums from my teenage years through my adulthood. To me, photos are the best way to capture a "moment" or a memory. Now I use my DSLR Canon Rebel XS. It goes with my everywhere.

My style is to take photos of people in natural settings where their personalities can shine through. The park, your backyard, your living room... Basically wherever you want! My goal as a photographer is to give you lasting memories that you will love for years to come.

I love to photograph family portraits, children, couples, newborns, maternity, family events (such as birthday parties, reunions, etc.), weddings and much more. I cater to the Long Beach/Los Angeles area. Contact me and we can discuss your needs.

I know how important it is to have beautiful memories through photos, but not be willing to break the bank over it, so I have a very affordable prices...

I charge $65 for a one hour session. This includes families, individuals, children, newborns, events, engagements and maternity sessions.

Travel and Parking Fee's may apply.

You will receive one c.d. with 15-20 edited photos from our session.

A proof c.d. costs $20. This includes all of the pictures from our session, usually around 100 photos per session.

For additional editing I charge $20 for 5 additional photos.

Additional c.d.'s are $5 each.

Payment is due at the time of the photo shoot. Cash only please.

I also offer BLOG HEADERS for an additional $10 dollars.
